Why do you CHRISTIANS feel so intimidated by an ATHEIST who speaks the TRUTH ?

  • Answer that if you can.

a genious just asked the opposite, i felt so intimidated that i wanted to strike back asap

  • There's a difference between fact and truth;
    God's word is truth

  • when i hear the truth i am not intimidated nor deflect the question...can you answer this...
atheism = a belief that there is no deity...
why do some atheist say they are atheist because of logic when the logic they use is a logical fallacy...
affirmative conclusion from a negative premise ex. science can't prove God is real...if science can't prove something, its not real...therefore God is not real...
if you choose not to believe in God just out of choice...it more logical than to say there is no God...

  • Where?! J/K

I am only seriously intimidated by atheists who are smarter than I am. And uh. Well, I stay away from them.

  • Woah! Questions being flung back and forth! When will the carnage end?!

On the other hand, perfect time to get a helmet.

  • We jump too. We just make sure we are wearing parachutes. Report Abuse

  • do you have one speaking anything but gibberish send them this way>

  • I being intimidated by a good looking women not because she an atheist.

  • If the atheist brings up a valid point or asks a good question, I'm not intimidated. Examples would be, "I see apparent contradictions in the Bible" or "Christians, why do you choose to believe in creation over evolution?"

But when an atheist makes a purely subjective or insulting statement and tries to pass it off as "truth," that's when I get irritated. Things like "There is no God" or "Are Christians all brain dead?" aren't truth. They're assumptions and insults.

I'm not intimidated by them. . .more like aggravated.

  • Its a comforting delusion for little athiests to bolster their self worth

    Sky Daddy always wins

  • An atheist can be truthful about what he had for breakfast today but obviously he is unwilling to face the truth of God. Rather than casting pearls before swine, your time is better spent witnessing to people who are longing for something better in their lives and want to secure their eternal future.

As far as matters of God are concerned, I've never known an atheist to tell the truth. If they knew the truth, they wouldn't be atheist unless they were having so much fun in their darkness than the light simply does not appeal to them.

Anyway, "What business does righteousness have with unrighteousness?

  • I don't, I feel sorry for someone who is deceived by the devil.

  • The very word atheist is anti-Christ. Therefore an atheist is anti-truth.

  • (pin drops)

  • Because they don't want the truth.

Think of it as, we're all in a big jet. We have the choice to jump and find truth, or we can look out and beyond and know it's there, but choose to stay in the jet because it's comfortable.

    Atheists have jumped.

  • Since they don't speak truth I am not intimidated.

  • Jesus Christ, (pardon the pun) I can't believe people can be so immature.
People have different beliefs, you just have to accept that.
I'm neither Christian or Atheist, I'm Agnostic, but don't you think you're taking this a bit too far?

You don't believe, Christians do believe.
    Accept it.

Take it from this phrase "Don't pray in our schools and we won't think in your churches"
Stay out of each others way.

  • Wow, I just feel like I won the lottery - shandi and reptilia have the hottest avatars and they're right here.
