The Canadian Bankers Association (CBA) has launched a Web site to cater to the banking needs of Canada's small business operators.

Small business owners and operatos can visit Serving the Needs of Small Business on the CBA site at to learn about tools and resources offered by banks, see the latest research on the small business marketplace and learn about products and services available for small businesses.

"Banks provide service and support to small- and medium-sized businesses in many ways -- and financing is only one of them," said Raymond Protti, president and CEO of the CBA. "Whether you're looking for tips on developing a business plan or tools for managing and growing your company, Canada's banks can help."

The site contains sections about tools and resources, products and services, statistics and reports, and resolving problems with banks. It also contains links to bank and government sites specifically targeted to small business.

Established in 1891, the CBA is a professional industry association representing Canada's chartered banks.
