Hey i;ve recently started coming down with a flu. I have a fever of 100.00, headache, ear hurts, sore throat, dizzy and muscle aches. Since i'm in track, tomorrow i have a competition. I have to run 3km, against all other girls. Its in the woods on a track full of dirt, mud, puddles etc. Its going to be a high of +7 and i cant go anywhere warm from 10-2/3. I feel horrible today. My coach said i can't not go. But i dont feel good. So should i go, or stay? :)
Im 13, and a girl btw :)
- and any tips for my illness to help thanks :).Woah... please STAY HOME!
And, go to the doctors...
Eat some chicken noodle soup in your cozy bed with lots of blankets, and have a cooling milk bath.
Feel Better Soon!Your coach should have your best interests in mind. and he/she obviously doesn't. you should definitely not run when you are feeling like that, you should be resting in bed and drinking LOTS of fluid! don't go!only go if you fell better tomorrow. to help with your illness go to your local garden pick up some herbs and mix it with a soup.#If you have any other info about this subject , Please add it free.# |
